Our Process

Our process is about producing results for our customers. Not only do we collaborate with our clients to create tangible tourism products and/ or a strategic plan, we reach out to our network of event producers, adventure travel tour operators and adventure travel media in order to bring tangible results to the destinations we work with. Our process is as follows:


  1. Site Visit and Destination Analysis
  2. Product Development/ Strategic Plan- This is the most time-consuming part of the process as we seek input from tourism staff, local governments, board members and stakeholders. Buy-in from the community is critical, and their support to any destination marketing organization is paramount.
  3. Action- We work with the DMO to put the plan in action with coordinated outreach to our industry partners and contacts
  4. Analytics- Different strategic plans require different measuring sticks. And different DMO’s have access to different data points within their communities. We work with our clients to set up a series of custom analytics that measure the success or failure of their overall plan as well as elements within it.
